Michelle McClymont has over 20 years experience in Business Development and Client Relations both in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has a true dedication for assisting Entrepreneurs and managing Small Business Development.

As the Equitable Economic Development Programs Manager, Michelle will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners on BIPOC business development. Her primary focus will be to coordinate BOC’s Ascend NYC management training including outreach and tracking as well as providing business and financial technical assistance in collaboration with business counseling and financing staff. She will also participate in the Equitable Reinvestment Committee (ERC) led by the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development (ANHD).
