Donna has 30 years banking experience beginning her career in New York in Commercial Banking.  She and her family relocated to Boulder Colorado in 2005 where she spent the next 15 years in Commercial and Business Banking working in various roles eventually becoming the Area Manager of Chase Business Banking for Northern Colorado.   In 2018, Donna relocated to Seattle WA as the Market Manager for Chase Bank Business Banking in Washington state.   Donna’s passion has always been centered around small business and she has been a mentor to small business owners in various cities along the way.   Donna also leads Women on The Move in the PNW and has led several leadership events and series focused on accelerating women in the workplace.  She has her MBA in Finance through Adelphi University’s Executive Program and has her BA from SUNY Albany. 

Donna has a passion for the outdoors and is often found skiing, hiking, biking and running in the Rocky Mountains (and now the PNW) with her family.   She has completed the Half Ironman and is a judge’s assistant at International and World competitions in Equestrian Vaulting.
